Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. Because our products are made to order, we offer a limited 30-day return and refund policy for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with our production partner to make it right with a refund or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Incorrect size or color ordered by mistake

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Shipping delays beyond our control

  • Personalized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


How It Works:

If your claim is accepted due to a manufacturing error, damage, or wrong item, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 We do not offer exchanges or returns for issues related to style or size preference. Please double-check your order before placing it.


Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please email us at orders.brushednbleached@gmail.com.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your item ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
